The Hanafuda Sika Pin is handmade by Ami.
Hanafuda (花札), translated as ‘flower cards’, are famous Japanese playing cards, depicting animals and plants. A deck comprises of 48 cards, divided into 12 sets representing the months of the year. Each month is also connected to a specific flower. The sika deer belongs to the month October, also associated with the maple tree.
Size: approximately 2,5 x 4 cm.
Hand drawn on shrink foil and coated in UV resin.
