The Konnichiwa Wall Hanger is a dangly polymer clay wall ornament handmade by Ami.
Konnichiwa (こんにちは) is the most common way to say ‘hello’ in Japanese, but most often used in the afternoon.
This hanger is part of the Moji (文字) Collection: polymer clay accessories inspired by the bold, graphic aesthetics of Japanese children’s books, posters and toys from my youth with which I (quite unsuccessfully) tried to study the Japanese language. Would you like a standalone simple calligraphic character or would you rather spell out a secret (perhaps dirty) word in Japanese? Anything is possible.
Length: approximately 14 cm.
Made from lightweight and durable polymer clay and hand painted. Comes in a random colour combo but don’t hesitate to contact me for a specific request.
